Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. Cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing the order. After this period, we may have already started preparing your pizza, and cancellations will not be possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following scenarios:
- If your order is canceled within the allotted cancellation period.
- In case of an incorrect item delivered, where you have the choice of receiving the correct item or a full refund for the incorrect item.
- If the food received is objectively inedible or has health concerns backed by evidence, we will offer a replacement or full refund upon investigative review.

Returns

Exchanges
